ROSCH’S COMMITMENT TO INNOVATION: Texas and Southwest Region
2024 was a year of innovation and growth for ROSCH Company, especially here in the Texas and Southwest markets. We embraced new resources, upgraded equipment, and expanded our team to deliver even greater value to our clients.
Growth in the Texas and Southwest Market
Marking our 20th year in the Southwest region, 2024 was our biggest yet. With increasing demand for retaining wall solutions, our team continued to deliver exceptional results. Whether it’s a commercial development, single family subdivision or multi-family project, we demonstrated our ability to meet the unique needs of this region.
Upgrading Equipment and Resources
To support our growing portfolio of projects, we made significant investments in state-of-the-art equipment, including new machines and cutting- edge tools. Of specific note, the addition of new
onsite concrete batching equipment allowed us to reduce waste, improve efficiency and serve our customers better.
The addition of our structural grade limestone
quarry has also given us more control over
material sourcing and availability. This new
resource has not only improved efficiency but
has also allowed us to maintain the highest quality standards for our projects.
An Amazing Team
All the successes this year were driven by our incredible team. Their adaptability, expertise, and commitment to innovation are what drive our success. Our new team members contributed quickly, and our existing members expanded their skills. Together we continued to deliver best-in- class performance in the retaining wall field.
